At AOTESIER, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how our returns process works.

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it
In its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and cables included
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you also benefit from your statutory right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, without needing to give a reason.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used, including but not limited to earphones, sealed software, and other items where the seal has been broken. We will indicate on the relevant product page if special conditions apply.

How to Start a Return

Email us at noreply@aotesierofficial.com with your order number and the reason for return
Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions
Pack the item securely and send it to the return address we provide
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.
